SHOW starts at 7:30PM (event includes a 15 minute intermission at approximately 8:15PM) \n\n\n\n\nGET GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS NOW\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFeatured Film Musical Selections: \n\n\n\n\nAttack of the Killer Tomatoes\n\n\n\nHunting Rabbits\n\n\n\nBeauty and the Beast\n\n\n\nThe Lion King\n\n\n\nSuperman\n\n\n\nand many more…\n\n\n\n\nEvery group receives one complimentary CD of JazzTales presents: Lamar the Super Guitar at the event! \n\n\n\nSince its founding in 1990 by Dr. Gregg Gelb when he was the Visiting Artist at Central Carolina Community College\, the non-profit Heart of Carolina Jazz Orchestra has presented the sounds of big band music stretching from the 1930’s to the present in public concerts and at schools throughout the Central NC region. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe receive support from the North Carolina Arts Council\, a division of the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources.

DESCRIPTION:Paperhand Puppet Project: A World of Wonder!A whimsical and interactive showcasing of creatures and characters from Paperhand’s 26 year history that celebrates the wild wisdom of our world. Meet a myriad of magical and grand oversized animals\, all made in Paperhand studio in Saxapahaw NC\, brought to life by puppeteers for all ages to enjoy.All the masks and puppets move and dance to music as they engage\, inspire and incite joy. Join us for this super fun performance with an award winning troupe that’s sure to delight. \n\n\n\n\n\nAfternoon Arts Agenda \n\n\n\n1PM – Youth Art Projects start at Brick City Gallery\, presented by the Sanford Brush & Palette Club. Youth can create handmade puppets and other art items before the show! \n\n\n\n2PM – Theatre doors open. Seating is General Admission. \n\n\n\n3PM – A World of Wonder! (approximately 50 minute stage show) – Youth Art Projects may be picked up after the show! \n\n\n\n\nGET SHOW TICKETS\n\n\n\n\nWant to bring a group? Groups of 8 or more receive premium seating and a 25% discount on their purchase. Group tickets must be purchased together in the same transaction. Discount will apply automatically.
