Visit the MANN Center for the Arts for an incredible show, special event, meeting, or to visit one of our arts partners.
We are conveniently located near Historic Downtown Sanford on Highway 421, about a half-hour south of Raleigh.
The Center features a parking-level ramp to the main floor. Inside the M Theatre we offer dedicated wheelchair seating with excellent sightlines to ensure an inclusive experience for all.

CONCESSIONS
Snack and beverage options may be available at your ticketed event. Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the Theatre.
FRAGRANCES
As a courtesy to guests, volunteers and staff who may be sensitive to fragrances, please be mindful of colognes and perfumes when attending an event. Smoking and/or vaping are not permitted on the property.
NOTICE OF FILMING
By entering an event or program at the Center you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. Please review our Notice of Filming posted at the Theatre entrance for more details.

AT THE VENUE
Parking is available in the Center lot accessible from Weatherspoon Street and Bracken Street. Street parking is also available – please be mindful of our neighbors and their driveways.

Enjoy concessions in the Event Room (show dependent), and stroll through the Emerging Artist Gallery, Brick City Gallery (presented by the Sanford Brush and Palette Club), the Lee County Arts Council Gallery, Sanford Photography Club Gallery, SBPC Artist Studios and more.
