Event ticket purchases for the Main Theatre are processed by a third-party ThunderTix which may have additional policies and terms.

Donor Privacy Policy

Donor information is confidential and will not be shared, sold, or traded without consent.

Public recognition of donations appears only with explicit donor approval, and donors may change their preferences at any time by contacting us.

Refund Policy

Donations made to MANN Center for the Arts are processed immediately. We are unable to provide refunds for processed charitable contributions. You will receive an emailed tax receipt for all contributions.

The Center holds events presented by third party providers who are solely responsible for their ticketing. For these events please refer to the presenting organization’s policies.

Events presented by the MANN Center for the Arts are ticketed through ThunderTix. Please refer to the ThunderTix policies when purchasing your seats.

Notice of Filming and Photography

This policy applies to Use of Venue and to Event Ticket Holders or Guests

By entering an event or program at the MANN Center for the Arts, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be filmed, photographed, or recorded as a member of the audience, cast or crew.

The MANN Center for the Arts reserves the right to use these recordings or photographs for marketing or promotional purposes by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising in connection with the Center and its initiatives.
